Just attended the keynote by Chris Blizzard. He's been working on the one laptop per child project. Afterwards, while having morning tea, I got to see one in the flesh. Very cool, the screen puts my thinkpad to shame. It was designed to work in sunny conditions. As you could imagine many of the children who will be using these will be learning in outside environments.
